On the desk of DEA Bascombe, a pen phone rings. No one is there. On the office wall is displayed portraits of Jamaica. Agent Bascombe’s name plate stands out amongst the stacks of folders on his desk. The phone continues to ring.

Inside the green room, Bascombe, fetches a cup of coffee, and leaves the green room with the cup of coffee in hand. He accidentally spills some of the drink on his suit and tie. Yet, he pays no attention to the spillage. He’s got a more urgent task - getting to the phone.

He grabs the pen phone that's been ringing unremittingly.

”Hello, this is agent Randy Bascombe!”

In speaker mode he listens in as he writes with his pen phone.
